I mentioned to Steve today as we were stacking firewood outside that when the weather is warm I start to think about getting chickens and I gestured toward the chicken coop. Aidan caught the conversation and got very excited - we were about to go out and see Ice Age with Bella, Althea & family and all he wanted was to get chickens. It took a lot of enticing words to get him in the car: "movie, Pizza, bellaandalthea" over and over again.

Tyson, for some people sentence structure is a development skill. Besides spelling, there is the think called "talk around". The words "Remember what we where discussion early" or "you remember the thing that has feathers?" said to another adult does not get the childs attention. Of course the adult has to "remember" and know animals!Love, Mom
We spell ice cream and movie - but movie doesn't really work. Try saying "M-O-V-I-E" and listen to it - it sounds just like the real thing.
How was Ice Age? Gabe loves to go to the movies--the last one we saw in the theatre was Monsters, Inc. Other than that, we are Blockbuster whores, and we rented The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle this weekend. He watched it three times. ***sigh***
